These exposed zippers are so funny to me. I see them everywhere and I just can't do it. I think it's because I had such a hard time learning to install zippers. Every time I see one of these visible ones I see my mama ripping mine out and saying, "Zippers aren't supposed to be seen." I love those pants. Coral is one of my fave colors and you fit pants the way my mama used to. Making well fittedpants is hard. My mama had a knack or it and you do too.

You look so elegant. Those pants are AWESOME!!! I wish I could make a decent pair of pants. I can make just about everything else, but pants still trip me up.

what an awesome outfit. i love peplums and really wanted to make some this season, but I am pregnant. hopefully they will still be in fashion next summer once i have a waistline again.

I love the whole outfit but especially the top. I love the detail at the bottom and the exposed zipper. Wow, awesome top! I've always loved peplums. This pattern went unnoticed by me and all the line drawings have the self belt obscuring the cool pleated construction at the waist. Glad you brought it to my attention.

I love the hemline and the pleat detialing on the peplum. It makes it a cut above the norm. This is a lovely outfit.

I too love peplums. When I sewed moons ago, I would always make a garment with a peplum.

I am about to resume sewing at the end of this month and I am going to try your bodice. I love it. The only thing is I might not find an exposed zipper where I am so im gonna use an invisible zipper.
